Just returned from a fantastic trip to Hualien, and had a great stay at this hotel. the two things I loved most about it were the helpful staff and the clean rooms. the location was also perfect, with easy access to public transportation and the local area.
The only downside for me was that the hotel was a bit dated and could use some updating. that didn't detract from my overall satisfaction with the hotel.
